                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
                   AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AN AGREEMENT WITH
                   PIEDMONT OLSEN HENSLEY, RELATIVE TO THE 36TH
                   STREET LANDFILL, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF
                   EIGHT THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of Amendment No. 2 to an Agreement with Piedmont Olsen
       Hensley, relative to the 36th Street Landfill, for a 
consideration
       of $8,000.00.
